Welcome to LuxeBabyMtl! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Warranty and Safety
Warranty:
Our pins are carefully handcrafted, inspected and packaged safely before shipping. We guarantee our pins for 6 months from purchasing date with proper care and respecting care instructions.
Care Instructions:
- Keep dry
- No moisture(do not submerge in water)
- Avoid perfumes and lotions
- Do not use products, cleaning agents, alcohol or any chemicals on pins
- Use soft dry Cloth to polish
- Keep protected in Keepsake Box provided when not in use
Failure to respect After Care Instructions will void warranty*
Safety:
At LuxeBabyMtl we take safety very seriously. We are not responsible for any accidents regarding our pins.Supervision is strongly advised at all times around babies and children due to small components of pins.
Shipping and Payments
Payment:
- Paypal
Payment is due upon placeing Order to guarantee shipping.
Shipping:
- Standard Shipping
- We expect to ship within 2-3 buisness days upon receiving Order
- We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages
Returns and Exchanges
At LuxeBabyMtl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We kindly ask you to verify your selection choices before purchasing as we do not issue refunds or exchanges as every pin is personally handcrafted to every customer.
If product is suspected of manufacturing defect(loose loops,damaged charms or pins) we will investigate and replace free of charge if needed.
Once Order is placed we are unable to Cancel any Orders and ask you to always review before purchasing.
*Please note every order is inspected and packaged safely before shipping*
If item is suspected of manufacturing defect we ask you to do the following within 14 days of purchase so we can investigate the situation:
- Fill out Contact Form (Include all information including Name,Confirmation email and reference number)
- We ask you to provide photos for proof of manufacturing defects
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We will review and investigate the situation to rectify the situation, upon approval we will replace item free of charge.
We are not responsible for Charms that are tarnished due to improper after care , missing Charms or any other damages due to neglect or chemicals being used on our products. We encourage you to consult our Care Instructions to properly care for your product.
